Context
The project consists of 4 semi-detached single-family houses and one detached single-family house with attached garage. The living areas of the houses are between 140m² and 190m².
Each house has two parking spaces, one of which is inside. The ground floor consists of a large living room with an open kitchen opening onto the garden. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a master suite. The last level under the attic is a reserve of surface area that can be converted according to the future needs of the occupants.
