Context
BELVEDERE Architecture was commissioned with a complete assignment for this 4-unit building, including the architectural design, the application for building permission and assistance during the entire construction period. The building permit has been issued, construction work started in October 2023.
The exceptional building will be built on a plot of land sloping down to the rear and will have a gross floor area of approximately 830 m². The flats on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors all have a spacious private balcony. The living areas are south-west facing to provide a breathtaking view of the city and maximum sunlight. The ground floor/garden duplex flat has a remarkable surface area of more than 141 m² distributed as follows: about 81 m² on the ground floor and 60 m² on the garden floor with a level access to the entire back garden.
The building is equipped with an elevator and an intelligent park-lift system to save space. The luxurious ambience of the residence is also provided by a swimming pool in the garden.
