Context
The project was realised in collaboration with Luxplan S.A. / LuxStrategy S.A.
Our services within the feasibility study included :
- Collection of basic data about the site and its surroundings
- Proposal of different variants for the site layout
- The preparation of a development plan validated by Arcelor Mittal and the municipality
- A detailed estimate of the profitability of the project according to the different scenarios for the development of the site
The study carried out allowed, among other things, to reduce the implementation time of the project.
