Context
BELVEDERE Architecture was contracted to adapt a PAP NQ (partial development plan of a new development area) in order to improve the utilization of the land and thus optimize the future living spaces, while at the same time integrating the buildings as well as possible into the topography of the site. With this in mind, the parcel boundaries of the lots were adjusted to allow for the construction of two semi-detached houses and one detached house. This adjustment harmonises the planned constructions by proposing a coherent ensemble.
