Warehouse, Contern
This new storage warehouse includes administrative areas on the mezzanine as well as a canteen and sanitary facilities. The hall was handed over in February 2022.

Context
This new warehouse was contracted by "WDP Warehouses with brains" and was completed at the end of February 2022. DB Schenker is the user of the hall, which is located in the "Weiergewan" business zone in Contern, south of the city of Luxembourg. BELVEDERE Architecture was commissioned by SGI Luxembourg to provide the architectural services, design and planning for the hall.
WDP identifies the municipality of Contern as the perfect location for a Pan-European or worldwide logistics hub because of the excellent access to the highway network and the airport.
