"Impulse", Luxembourg-Gare
Renovation project in the heart of the upcoming business district at Luxembourg Central Station, which is set to take on a new dimension in terms of mobility and location quality in the future.

Context
The building has four basement levels, which house 80 parking spaces, technical rooms, service rooms and various archives and storage areas. The ground floor is mainly occupied by a commercial space of around 600 m², accessible from the Place de la gare. A total of 6,000 m² of office space is distributed over the seven floors of the building on Place de la gare and the four floors on Rue du Fort Neipperg.
