D E S I G N F O R A L LÂ is a vital part of current and future construction or renovation projects!
Facilities that are subject to law must be designed accordingly to ensure accessibility for all people. As this is a complex area, it is important for building professionals, private individuals and local authorities to be informed and instructed accordingly. BELVEDERE Architecture has already undergone the training (adapth.lu - official partner of the OAI) and is working with this newly acquired expertise on several projects. We are authorised to act as a technical inspector for accessibility in accordance with the conditions of Article 9 of the law of 7 January 2022 on the accessibility of public places, public roads and apartment buildings.
