The Landewyck Building becomes recognisable in its new beauty.
The landmark building, currently under refurbishment, will soon re-appear in its original colors and window design. In the meantime, exterior works are ongoing, first trees have been planted.
A unique piece of Luxembourg's architectural history: the Landewyck Building has shaped the entire area around Rue Hollerich since 1937. As a prelude to the development of the Parc Landewyck district, the listed building has been undergoing extensive renovation and modernisation since 2020 on behalf of Landimmo Reals Estate.
When it is completed in 2022, the architectural flagship of the quarter will provide a total of 5,500 sqm, spread over 4 floors, for offices of the highest standards.
BELVEDERE Architecture is responsible for this project as an Architect, Interior Architect and Project Manager.
