Bissen Incubator - architectural competition

Context
The subject of the competition was the planning of a start-up center ("incubator") with a net floor area of approx. 3,460 m2 on the Luxembourg Automotive Campus. The building is to consist of offices of various sizes, especially for start-ups, as well as conference rooms, workshops, a fitness room, showers, changing rooms, a kitchen, a cafeteria, a terrace, a party room and other functions.
The project is intended to be a model for other administrative buildings to be constructed, reflecting current and future trends in modularity, technologies and safeguarding our natural resources. It aims to promote the development of the circular economy and innovation in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, in line with the concrete implementation of the Rifkin Strategy of the Third Industrial Revolution.
