Chinese restaurant, Kirchberg
Design of a rental area for the establishment of a restaurant in accordance with the regulations of a shopping centre on the Kirchberg plateau.

The restaurant has been open since 2018 in Foetz in the south of the country. From January 2023, Asian dishes can also be enjoyed in a new branch at the Galerie Auchan Kirchberg. The owner of the restaurant commissioned BELVEDERE Architecture to design the retail space in accordance with the shopping centre's regulations. For this HORESCA project, we acted as advisor and coordinator, in particular for the complex consultations with the gallery operator and the building trades.
