Context
The natural characteristics of the property, as well as its location and orientation, have strongly influenced the architectural design of this villa. Nestled in the hills, the property overlooks the valley and offers a breathtaking view of the old town of Vence.
To take advantage of this exceptional view and to adapt to the distinctive topography of the south-facing plot, the rooms in the form of a cube on the first floor offer individual views of the landscape. They also serve as sun shades for the spaces below, the master suite and part of the terrace.
BELVEDERE Architecture carried out solar studies which led to the design of the forecourts of the private terraces of the rooms in such a way as to ensure natural shading in summer.
