To meet future growth, IEE S.A. has constructed a state-of-the-art building complex.

Context
In order to be able to manage future growth, IEE S.A. has constructed a state-of-the-art building complex. The new building is located on the "Automotive Campus" in Bissen, Luxembourg. The innovation centre enables the use of synergies between the companies located there.
The building complex consists of: Office area, research area (laboratory building and hall), entrance atrium as a link between office building and research area, outdoor facilities with parking areas.
The office building was commissioned on schedule at the end of May 2019 and the new laboratory was handed over to IEE in July 2019.
CBRE awarded the project 1st prize in the "Best Lobby" and "Best Technology Advanced Space" categories in the 2019 Office Space of the Year competition.
