Context
The current building in which the Town Hall is situated is no longer in line with the changing needs and practices of the public service and cannot cope with the consequences of the projected demographic change. The municipality has therefore decided to study its reconstruction in order to create a "tool adapted for the future", i.e. a modern and flexible workspace that meets current needs and is adapted to the challenges of tomorrow.
The building to be realised (delivery: beginning of 2024) will be functional and aesthetic in the form of an energy-efficient construction of high technical and environmental quality. The new town hall will have to fit perfectly into its urban and natural environment. The design of the project will take into account the life cycle of the building, the principles of flexibility, adaptability and circular construction with a positive impact, and will provide for the use of natural and renewable energies, efficient and responsible water management and quality materials that are healthy and have no negative effects on the environment and human health.
