Our urban development department has successfully completed another project: in September 2021, the communal council of Junglinster has finally approved the PAP NQ "Op Kréimerech" of which we were in charge on behalf of our client Thomas & Piron, a general building contractor. Our mission was to analyse the existing situation of the 3.25 hectare site, create a coherent development concept for 84 residential units and last but not least prepare and introduce the PAP dossier for authorisation.
