The 7th floor of Southlane Tower 1 in Esch-Belval has been transformed into an inviting and aesthetic workspace with a fresh touch, designed specifically for its new tenant, the Service National de la Jeunesse (SNJ).

BELVEDERE Architecture has created a youthful yet understated environment that meets the diverse needs of the SNJ. Every element has been thoughtfully considered, from materials to signage, to achieve a balanced, welcoming, and dynamic atmosphere.
The design features a variety of spaces, including private offices for focused work, meeting rooms for teamwork, and cozy breakout areas, such as the tastefully designed kitchen with its large communal table. These flexible layouts encourage interaction while addressing the specific needs of young people, their parents, and professionals alike.
This balance between efficiency and well-being creates a vibrant, inclusive, and harmonious environment for all users. The project perfectly reflects the shared vision of BELVEDERE Architecture, the SNJ, and the property owner.
