W4 Offices, Leudelange

Context
The office building in Leudelange (Design: Linster Stupar Architectes) consists of two basement floors and four floors above ground, resulting in a total gross floor area of 7,200 m² and a usable office space of 4,700 m². There are 37 outdoor and 42 indoor parking spaces available. The façade cladding is a combination of natural stone on one side and aluminium/glass curtain walls on the other.
On behalf of ParFi Group, BELVEDERE Architecture's Interior Design team has been responsible for the layout of approximately 1,500 m² of office space, which houses ParFi's headquarters, and approximately 600 m² for the Business Centre. In addition, our project management department has supported W4 in its efforts.
- Large plateau with great flexibility in office layout. Alternating open and private areas.
- Central area: Lounge, kitchenette, photocopier area, break room / training room. Storage of approx. 1.7 km of files in an archive (previously placed in a decentralised manner).
- "Phone box" as the smallest possible private area.
